It's difficult to tell what is being asked here. This question is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, overly broad, or rhetorical and cannot be reasonably answered in its current form.

The question doesn't seem to make sense as asked. It's not clear why there would be an obvious relationship between the purpose of a party and the steps to plan a party. – Adam Wuerl Oct 5 '11 at 19:18
