This proposal would tend to drain audience from an existing Stack Exchange site.

Too general, not much related to the topic – N e w B e e Mar 9 '12 at 9:57
I would have to disagree with above: It'd be better if rephrased, but still pertinent. – LanceLafontaine Apr 6 '12 at 3:02
I can think of data sources that could provide part of the answer to this question (i.e. "what was spent?"), perhaps not "did it meet budget?". usaspending.gov for example – Andrew Fogg May 11 '12 at 10:57

Do data exist somewhere for clinical trials that were registered, but never published results?
added by Tom May 30 '12 at 6:52
link|flag
Does this mean "is there a data repository?" because if not then yes, of course there is data, on private machines, or on university backup, but you'll never find it publicly without doing some serious investigation beforehand – naught101 Jun 20 '12 at 8:12
I didn't ask that in a very clear way. – Tom Jun 21 '12 at 8:40
What I was going for is there a list of clinical trials that registered, but didn't publish. – Tom Jun 21 '12 at 8:40
So you could compute some number like XX% of clinical trials don't publish their results. – Tom Jun 21 '12 at 8:41
