"It is a fact that drinking water early morning on empty stomach keeps your body clean, hydrated and healthy". My limited personal experience is that I do feel more hydrated when I drink water in the mornings, but I haven't observed whether this is related to having an empty stomach or just drinking water in general. – Hamman Samuel Apr 18 at 12:32

This is a real issue I had a few years ago. It started with a general chest pain, and over the course of a day escalated where it hurt to breath in more than just a little bit. I panicked and went to the emergency room, only for a doctor to spend about 20 minutes with me, take an X-ray, and proscribe me some muscle relaxants. The office visit cost more than $1,400 (insurance payed for it). – Sam I am Mar 19 at 20:19
