@Felix: You've missed my point. High SO rep might be taken into account when I hire somebody to do a security review, but it's not enough. Asking unpaid strangers on the Internet to do security review for free without any liability and with only minimal accountability (-2 rep for a downvote) is a wrong way to do security review, even if the strangers actually are competent and decent people.

I can't imagine a good security review by random unsolicited strangers on the Internet.

comment Cryptography: How can I prove the randomness of a pseudo random number generator?
Maybe "measure" is a better verb.

comment Cryptography: What should be minimum RAM requirement to implement TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA? (I am asking about number of bytes not KB) on 32-bit RISC processor.
Great question. Would be even better with the name of the hardware architecture.

comment Cryptography: I just came up with a new encryption algorithm:
…
. Are there any weaknesses?
Similarly to "no original research" rule at wikipedia.

comment Cryptography: How does symmetric key encryption differ from asymmetric key encryption?
Imho that's way too basic for "people doing cryptography".
