@mehper Assuming you mean Earth-to-space communications, this is an interesting question in general, and I'd say vaguely on-topic here because astronomers don't just use telescopes in the visible spectrum; an understanding of other electromagnetic communications applications (especially those pointed at the Earth) may be useful.
