I am a Web Developer in New Orleans, LA using mainly PHP/MySQL and RoR. I've only been doing this for a little over a year, so I'm still pretty new to the languages and common practices of web development, though I do feel pretty comfortable with CSS, XHTML and PHP, and am probably about average with SQL, RoR, and javascript.
