Ted Husted is an author, speaker, and consultant. He works as a Business Analyst with NimbleUser, a technology company helping professional and trade associations do more with customer relationship management (CRM), web content management, and eCommerce software. Ted also volunteers with three associations: the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), the Rochester Security Summit, and the Apache Software Foundation.
