@stacker the wording where can I find implies that the answer requires a link to where you can find your solution. In order to fully answer the question, the answer would have to include a link.

Questions that deal with up to date material are usually not good SE questions because they require maintenance to stay up to date. Also questions that sound like where can I find? are also usually bad questions, because the link(s) are pertinent to the question itself and links quite often become broken.

I tried the toothpaste method on an Xbox disk one time, it wrecked the disk, not a good idea. I have tried peanut butter also and that doesn't help. Honestly i would just go to the store and buy a disk cleaner, it will probably save you money and frustration in the long run.
