I wouldn't throw out questions related to distillation though even if it is an extra production step, if somewhat specialised. Having a site specific to distillation would be hard to get support for, but if it lived under the umbrella of home brewing (which in some countries is legal) then would that really be bad? Fragmenting closely related topics like these is what causes sites to lose popularity.

Or maybe better phrased as "When will NASA start manned exploration of space again?". Exploration comes in all forms from Hubble, STEREO, near earth object watch and so on.
