Stack Exchange works really well for technical support issues as long as your not trying to outsource your customer support channel to this site. Questions about feature requests, bug reports, unreleased products/features, and future direction discussions should continue to be hosted by project team site. – Robert Cartaino Jul 8 '17 at 19:58

"Proposed Q&A site for developers [...] of the NEO blockchain". Will this Q&A not be answered by the developers or OnChain affiliates? @RobertCartaino – AlphaApache Jul 8 '17 at 21:08
@AlphaApache Of course developers are welcome to participate. Stack Exchange is meant to curate a collection of answerable technical support issues, but questions about unreleased products and future-direction discussions are not a good fit for a Stack Exchange Q&A site. – Robert Cartaino Jul 8 '17 at 21:17
@RobertCartaino I thought this was supposed to be a collection of questions for NEO employees to answer? The proposal is an initiative described by this reddit thread – AlphaApache Jul 8 '17 at 21:39
1
@alphaApache Hrm. Maybe that's why this reads more like a press conference or a threaded discussion forum than a Stack Exchange-style Q&A site. Stack Exchange was designed to curate questions of lasting value for future users, typically about troubleshooting or overcoming applied problems in your day to day work in this subject. And paying users to post questions is a wickedly poor way to create a proposal on this site. – Robert Cartaino Jul 8 '17 at 21:52
