closed as not a real question by Robert Cartaino Dec 31 '17 at 10:29

It's difficult to tell what is being asked here. This question is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, overly broad, or rhetorical and cannot be reasonably answered in its current form.

On an actual site, this would be closed as “too broad”. Stack Exchange is meant more for technical support-style questions. Without a specific problem statement to solve, a call for a broad review or comparison leaves users guessing what type of information will help you specifically. – Robert Cartaino Dec 31 '17 at 10:40

It's difficult to tell what is being asked here. This question is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, overly broad, or rhetorical and cannot be reasonably answered in its current form.

While this question may not be closed on the actual site, it is generally assumed the community is familiar with what this site is about. Asking what the subject of a proposal means is not typically considered a good example question to help define the scope of a site. – Robert Cartaino Dec 31 '17 at 10:47
@Robert Cartaino The Stellar Distributed Exchange is a component of the Stellar network. It is a feature. I don't know the reason why it is in the subject, and I'm not asking what it means. – Francesco Menzani Dec 31 '17 at 13:24

<comments removed> @BcSmahsies Please do not use comments to answer these questions. This proposal is not part of a Q&A site, and the task at hand is to help define what is on and off topic for a site. Comments are here to help improve the questions; not to answer them. See What is the rationale for deleting answers? Thank you. – Robert Cartaino Dec 31 '17 at 16:07
