off-topic: would be on topic but too subjective in area51.stackexchange.com/proposals/20203/… – moala Oct 18 '10 at 15:23

I think this exemplary question is too basic. Googling "site:en.wikipedia.org OFDM" the top hit is the answer, en.wikipedia.org/wiki/… – WikiSpeedia hang-around Sep 28 '10 at 13:41

This message is just random, it doesn't really help show what this form is and isn't, just that it's not a place for random software that might not be related to DSP – PearsonArtPhoto Dec 16 '10 at 13:57

First question is a bit too basic (I think any definition-kind of question that you can look up from Wikipedia does not belong in Stack Exchange family, in general), the second one is very good. – Geoffrey Zheng Sep 28 '10 at 13:26

What is the Fourier Transformation and how it can be used to apply different effects to audio?
added by Michael, edited by WikiSpeedia hang-around Aug 22 '10 at 13:52

I think the first part (what is Fourier) would be too basic for this site. The second part (how do you apply it to audio) would be a good question because it focuses on the application of the Fourier Transform in the real world which might not be apparent from the math. – earlNameless Jul 20 '10 at 2:08

Off topic questions must be related to the site, an must be those questions that we expect been posted by some users. I think this is not a good example. – Edgar Nov 25 '10 at 0:19
This is more related to stackoverflow than signal processing. – Ned Nov 29 '10 at 18:46
