Third party cookies don't always work. How would you measure unique views via IP-User_agent, in lieu of using a cookie, to calculate an accurate CTR?

Probably too specific. Though it is unquestionably a question ABOUT some data, I claim it doesn't relate to the data science so much as it does the mode of acquisiton, which may make this question a better candidate for Stack Overflow. – Tony Mar 7 '14 at 16:39
