This seems as a very bad question. There is no good definition of "self-aware", nor "make AI self-aware" nor "effective way to ...". It is the same as asking "Is there any effective way to become a god?" when there is no "general" definition of the "god" entitity, nor any known way of becoming one – lejlot Oct 27 '13 at 10:00

Wording seems rather risky here - this kind of question suggest the answer, which in many cases is simply wrong. Better question would be "What are the pro's and con's ..." then current "Does .... have any pro's" – lejlot Oct 27 '13 at 10:02

It's difficult to tell what is being asked here. This question is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, overly broad, or rhetorical and cannot be reasonably answered in its current form.
