I hope we can get a discussion going about this question and about this type of question. This Q&A is meant for developers and users, so perhaps this type of question does fit. However, the answers to this question depend on so much nuance, most of which is founded in opinion, and ultimately which is unknown due to the experimental nature of ALL cryptocurrencies, that I'm not sure how useful it will be. – Ginger Ale May 15 '16 at 18:38

Does Monero have plans to support multisignature transactions?
added by Susan May 15 '16 at 20:10
link
This might be semantics, but perhaps in the future questions like "Does Monero xxxx" should be discouraged.... ? Its not like Monero is a thinking entity - its an open source software project that is made possible by contributions of developers. So, for instance, the core team currently has plans to support multisignature transactions, because the core team is a bunch of developers. Perhaps a more pertinent question, and more useful question in terms of the answers, would be HOW would Monero support multisignature transactions (give all the ring sigs and stealth addresses etc) – Ginger Ale May 19 '16 at 17:39
@Ginger Ale what do you mean, of course Monero is a self-aware blockchain... – fluffyponyza May 19 '16 at 20:09
