I am in the industrial byproducts recycling business in the US. My firm focuses on the chemistry of a byproduct first to evaluate its potential for reuse. Many byproducts end up being disposed in landfills because the generators focus is on their primary business, waste reuse is not their focus. Waste reuse is my focus.
