Moderators: What designs to include in a policy to prevent moderators from naturally abusing their powers, as humans with control over others tend to do easily? That said, closely related question are allowed in SE sites as they can tease out slightly different approaches and answers from the community, and so once there is a Moderators.SE then I'd expect to see both questions at some point. See blog.stackoverflow.com/2010/11/… |

Moderators: What designs to include in a policy to prevent moderators from naturally abusing their powers, as humans with control over others tend to do easily? Part of the answer to the duplicated (i.e. first) question could easily be "Put in place or apply policies XYZ" and so I agree that that both questions are covering the same ground. At this point where we are just identifying the scope of Moderators.SE, I don't feel that we need both questions. Upvotes are best spend on other questions. |

Gamification: How do you convince gamification skeptics in a business environment? I would like to see the scope include how to advocate gamification in general, or particular approaches to gamification. For instance, on the UX site we cover questions about how to convince others of the value of UX. |
