@ripper: Force Close is an SE 1.0 site. It's been stated several times in the past that the existence of a "legacy" site shouldn't influence a decision on whether or not to create an Area 51 proposal. My guess is that FC would be migrated if this one succeeds; that's already happened with other proposals. – Aaronaught Aug 19 '10 at 17:21

i want to include this as 'not a good example/off-topic' of a question to be listed here. the argumentative, subjective nature is disguised by the 'pros/cons' part, but ultimately there are few use cases where a comparison should belong here. if it can be avoided, i think this is something that should be clear and concise up front. – mfg Aug 18 '10 at 13:04
